Early Autumn: Tequila blanco infused with pear and apples, apple cider, pear brandy, fresh lemon juice, ginger beer

  Conshy's resident tapas bar pulls out all the stops with an update on the Hot Toddy and a dessert-worthy Carmel Apple Martini.
Autumn Fizz: Absolut pear vodka, prosecco, spiced pumpkin and toasted cinnamon
Apple Pie Martini: Navan vanilla liqueur, stoli vodka, local apple cider, cinnamon and fresh lime
Hot Apple Toddy: Makers mark whiskey, calvados, local apple cider, wildflower honey and fresh lemon, served warm
